Sad Day
As a former teacher and principal, I feel so sad for the teachers and young children that started their day taking books and lunches — teacher getting last minute things together – maybe a bagel in her mouth as she runs out the door — then the unthinkable happened — shots, panic — then all was silent — 19 children and two teachers will not be going home.
