Trusting God
God will answer when I pray — in His time and in His way — His thoughts are higher than mine — His ways are higher than mine.
That means I trust God totally including trusting in His higher thoughts and ways and not basing trust on my own expectations.
People sometimes become discouraged and disappointed if prayers aren’t answered how and when they’d like them to be. And give up.
But trust God unconditionally including trusting in His higher thoughts and ways and regardless of the outcome, maintain that level of trust always.
That means trust shifts from the power of God to the character of God.
No attribute of God operates independently of His higher thoughts and ways. Everything functions within that context.
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
