Who is that man? He looks like any other man:
A — isn’t he the carpenter’s son?
B — Is he a rabbi? He teaches like one.
C — He’s done many miraculous healings. Is he a prophet?
D — He might be an historical prophet come back from the dead?
E — He is the Christ — the Son of the living God.
Answer — E —
… whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting.”
This answer is more serious than a life and death choice.
It is a life and forever choice.
If God is love, then Love so loved the world — could it mean that God so loved that He extended Himself and wrapped the world in Himself — Love.
And within that Love emerged His only begotten Son and through believing in Him, the ones believing would receive everlasting life
Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
